‘Wifing’ In-Flight Connectivity Trials on Schedule, Vueling Confirms

Spanish Low-Cost Carrier Vueling announced the trials of its new high-speed ‘Wifing’ service earlier this year, with the first installation on one of four aircraft which will offer the service when the trial program launches.

The airline tells Flight Chic that the program is advancing as planned, with a second aircraft now equipped and the two remaining aircraft to be equipped before the end of this year.

An airline spokesperson confirms that trials of the service are scheduled for early in 2016, in time for Spring and Summer peak holiday seasons in Europe.
