By joining the IATA 25by2025 initiative, Rolls Royce commits to increasing the number of women in leadership positions to a minimum representation of 25% by 2025, and reporting annually on key diversity metrics.
The airline has designed a structure with six fare bundles, four for economy class and two for Business class. Customers can identify them by fares bundles in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.
