The airline has designed a structure with six fare bundles, four for economy class and two for Business class. Customers can identify them by fares bundles in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Avianca has introduced “Tailor-Made Flights” fares families available to customers in the United States and Canada.

  • The new Avianca Plus service offers travellers an upgraded experience in economy class.
  • This new fare structure is intended to boost Avianca’s competitiveness on routes between North America and Latin American destinations.
  • Avianca had previously introduced its new “tailor-made” fare bundles as “vuelos a tu medida” on domestic routes within Colombia in November of last year.

Avianca’s new “Tailor-made Flights” fares family concept will increase its offer of products and services through all sales distribution channels. This fare structure allows the customization of the trip through five fare bundles plus one seasonal fare that are adaptable to the clients’ needs. It also allows them to control which attributes, they want to purchase based on their trip conditions.

Avianca Plus:

Avianca Plus is a new product for customers travelling in economy class and who want further improvement of their flight experience. With Avianca Plus travellers can reserve their seat in the first rows of the plane, have priority boarding and disembarking from the plane, exclusive bins to store their carry-on luggage, amenity kit, premium blankets, among other services.

This service is included in Bundle size L or can be purchased as an additional product to any of the other Economy Bundles.

Avianca operates flights from and to 10 destinations in the United States: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Dallas. The airline also operates flights to and from Toronto, Canada.
