Hawaiian Airlines Rolls Out Tickets for the Luxurious Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner
Starting next spring, Bay Area and Los Angeles travelers can embark on their Hawaiian vacation aboard Hawaiian Airlines’ brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. This sophisticated aircraft promises a comfortable journey and a taste of the islands before you set foot on Hawaiian soil. From April 15, the airline will begin its daily flights between Honolulu and San Francisco. Following closely, select flights will take off from Honolulu to Los Angeles starting May 14. Hawaiian Airlines flights from Maui to Los Angeles begin on May 15.

The 300-seat aircraft was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort for all passengers onboard. Its unique design elements extend the spirit of Aloha. Passengers will feel like they are already on the Hawaiian islands from the moment they board the plane, and that warm welcome will continue on their flight home.
A First-Class Hawaiian Experience: Leihōkū Suites
For those seeking the pinnacle of luxury, the Leihōkū Suites beckon. This premium aircraft segment houses 34 suites set in a 1-2-1 configuration.
In pioneering the Leihōkū (garland of stars) Suites, Hawaiian Airlines formed an innovative partnership with Adient Aerospace, a collaboration between the Boeing Company and Adient, the global leaders in automotive seating.
The suites offer a sanctuary for passengers to be entertained, dine, and comfortably rest. All suites offer seating that converts into a lie-flat bed. Enjoy programming on an 18-inch in-flight entertainment screen. Keep your personal electronic devices charged with power outlets, including wireless cell phone charging. All suites have direct aisle access. Double suites allow couples a shared, intimate journey.
The Main Cabin
The 787’s Main Cabin boasts 266 ergonomic Collins Aerospace Aspire seats. There are standard and extra comfort seats available throughout the cabin. The extra comfort seats offer more legroom. All seats feature 12-inch seatback monitors and dual USB-A and USB-C charging ports.
