Air France Introduces Chef Dominique Crenn Menu On US Flights

Premium Guests on Air France US Flights Enjoy a Gourmet In-Flight Experience with a Michelin Touch

Starting in February 2024, Air France will up the ante for in-flight dining. Passengers flying La Première and Business class from the US will savor new menus crafted by celebrated Chef Dominique Crenn.

Chef Dominique’s Menu for Air France

Those flying in the La Première cabin will feast on delectable dishes like lobster with pico de gallo and tea sauce or savor a root vegetable mille-feuille with rich truffle sauce.

Business class gets its own delights, such as Californian charbonnier with wholesome quinoa and marinière sauce or a tempting open ravioli with zucchini, tomato, and a nutty hazelnut parmesan sauce.

These dishes were introduced on flights from Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-Newark, San Francisco, and Seattle. They will gradually be available on all Air France flights from the United States during the 2024 spring-summer season.

Expect two fresh signature dishes each month, including a vegetarian and a fish option.

Who Is Chef Dominique Crenn?

Dominique Crenn is the first female chef in the US to earn three Michelin stars. She infuses French cooking with creativity and passion at her San Francisco restaurant, Atelier Crenn. Beginning her US career at Stars restaurant, she became Jakarta’s pioneering female executive chef before returning to San Francisco. Her culinary journey includes opening the Michelin-starred Luce, Atelier Crenn, and Petit Crenn, authoring a celebrated cookbook, and earning the title of the world’s best female chef in 2016.

The Air France Menu: Culinary Quality and Sustainability

These sumptuous meals by Chef Crenn underscore Air France’s dedication to top-tier in-flight dining and sustainability. By offering Business class customers the option to preorder their meals, the airline also promotes the fight against food waste.

Air France has joined forces with chefs around the globe, including Julien Royer in Singapore, Olivier Perret in Canada, and more, ensuring every journey from international stations to Paris is a culinary adventure.

Air France’s Expansive US Network

Travel between Paris and 17 US cities is a breeze with Air France. Exclusive La Première cabins are available on select flights from major cities, offering the ultimate luxury and comfort. And with plans to launch new routes to Minneapolis and Phoenix in May 2024, the airline continues to connect travelers with the world.

Experience the art of French cuisine by Dominique Crenn on your next Air France flight from the United States. Delight in the flavors and sustainability that define Air France’s commitment to an unmatched in-flight dining experience.
