Air France Updates La Première For Olympics, Introduces Concierge At Paris Charles de Gaulle

  • An entirely private and confidential customer journey, from arrival at the airport to reaching their suite aboard the aircraft;
  • New optional suites at the airport offer even more privacy in addition to the La Première lounge;
  • All new services will be available by July 2024, just ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, of which Air France is an official partner.

Air France continues to enhance La Première, the airline’s most exclusive service.

Air France will introduce a new exclusive La Première passenger experience at Paris-Charles de Gaulle this summer. This service features a dedicated check-in lobby and suites, ensuring a smoother and more private journey. The launch coincides with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Additionally, the airline plans to unveil its new La Première cabin next winter.

A new dedicated check-in lobby

Upon arrival at the airport, a concierge welcomes La Première guests and assists with luggage. Guides will direct guests to a new, exclusive check-in lobby this summer. Here, the Air France team handles all departure procedures. The lobby features 15 seats and two private lounges. It offers enhanced privacy, shower facilities, and baggage retrieval services for La Première passengers post-flight.

In a bustling airport, the lobby provides a tranquil haven infused with French elegance and sophistication. Air France experts and SGK Brandimage designed the space, combining individualized areas with spaciousness. The decor includes white, gray, and red tones, featuring natural light and exquisite furnishings from French designers like Pierre Paulin and Christophe Pillet. Every detail exudes haute couture.

Guests will move through a private passage to the La Première lounge, passing a dedicated security checkpoint. Along the way, images of the airline’s iconic winged seahorse immerse travelers in the world of La Première.

An exclusive lounge reserved for La Première passengers

Architect Didier Lefort designed the Air France La Première lounge, which spans 1,000 square meters. This lounge offers an exclusive and serene retreat. Guests can enjoy a gourmet menu, select wines curated by Alain Ducasse, and beauty treatments at the spa by Sisley.

New suites connected to the lounge

La Première passengers can now reserve exclusive suites near the La Première lounge. They provide privacy before a journey or during layovers. The suites cover nearly 45 square meters. There are three available, and guests can request to join two.

Upon arrival, a butler will guide guests through suite options and amenities. Each suite includes a living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and an outdoor patio. Alain Ducasse curates a special menu for the experience, and guests can access the Sisley spa. The luxurious decor creates a regal atmosphere within Air France’s Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub.

Air France’s suites include unique privacy pods. These feature Charlotte Perriand’s writing table, Pierre Paulin’s Ribbon chair, and Philippe Starck’s Privé sofa. Each suite also showcases unique artwork by a French artist, adding cultural richness to the luxurious environment.
