Finnair Looks for Fresh Digital Inspiration at Slush Helsinki

Finnair has announced that it will partner with Europe’s largest startup event, Slush, in an effort to fuel innovation and digitalisation.
The November event in Helsinki will gather approximately 2,000 startups, 800 venture capitalists, and 700 journalists from over 100 countries to explore new business opportunities.

Can We Talk About How KLM Rocks Digital?

Many airlines are improving their digital touch points to enhance the customer experience and simplify the journey, coming up with new and clever ways to entice, connect, engage with, and assist their customers.

But I’d like to make special mention of KLM as a case study of excellence.
