During the World Passenger Symposium in Dubai, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) shared details of the key contributors which will help improve air travel as the industry prepares for nearly twice as passengers flying over the next two decades.

IATA has launched its 2016 Global Passenger Survey which asks the flying public to share their preferences on products and experiences, and to rate the performance of the industry against expectations.
The WPS event, takes place in Hamburg, Germany, this 20-22 October, and is expected to attract more than 700 high-level delegates including airlines, global distribution systems and travel technology providers, airports, and travel management companies.
