KrisFlyer, the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group’s lifestyle program, is the official Lifestyle Rewards Partner for Ed Sheeran’s upcoming + – = ÷ × Tour (pronounced The Mathematics Tour) in Singapore.
The concert will take place at Singapore’s National Stadium on 16 February 2024. KrisFlyer members will have exclusive early access to purchase concert tickets through the KrisFlyer Reserve Sale and miles-for-ticket redemption options.

How KrisFlyer Members Can Get Their Ed Sheeran Concert Tickets
Starting from 30th October 2023 at 10:00 AM (Singapore time), KrisFlyer members can purchase concert tickets from Categories 1 to 7 through the KrisFlyer Reserve Sale. To secure their tickets, members will need a unique access code. They will be able to purchase up to six tickets across the seven ticket categories on Ticketmaster.
On 27th October 2023, KrisFlyer UOB credit and debit card holders who have subscribed to receive KrisFlyer and SIA Group promotional emails will receive a unique access code via email. Members who do not hold KrisFlyer UOB cards can get a unique access code by downloading the Kris+ app and spending 150 miles (equivalent to S$1) between 20-25 October 2023.
Importantly, redemptions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A total of 110,000 customers are eligible. The airline will donate all proceeds from the access code redemptions on Kris+ to KidSTART Singapore, a charity focused on supporting young children and families in need.
Each KrisFlyer member gets a single access code. In addition to the KrisFlyer Reserve Sale, members can use their miles to redeem concert tickets from Categories 1 to 4 through KrisFlyer Experiences, starting from 30 October 2023. The redemption costs will vary based on the ticket category, with prices ranging from 19,000 to 49,000 miles. Members can redeem up to six tickets per category.
