Emirates Reveals First 9 Airbus A350 Destinations

Emirates has announced that its new A350 aircraft will start service in September 2024 and operate flights to 9 destinations. By March 31, 2025, the airline expects to add 10 A350s to its fleet, providing passengers with the latest cabin experiences.

Inside the plane: What to expect on Emirates’ A350s

Emirates will deploy the first 10 Airbus A350 aircraft featuring three cabin classes:

  • 32 Business Class seats,
  • 21 Premium Economy seats,
  • 259 Economy Class seats.

By introducing the A350s to its fleet, Emirates allows passengers to experience the new Business Class and the acclaimed Premium Economy cabins on various routes across the Middle East, GCC, West Asia, and Europe. The airline plans to use these planes for short to medium-haul routes, starting with Bahrain.

Passengers will enjoy the spacious and quiet environment of the A350, which offers high ceilings, large bin space, and customized mood lighting that helps reduce fatigue and jet lag. Emirates will soon release more details about the A350’s seating features and cabin aspects.

Emirates Airbus A350 Destinations

Newly delivered aircraft sporting the airline’s latest cabins will roll into scheduled service to the following cities:

Middle East/GCC

  • Emirates will operate its first A350 to Bahrain on the daily EK839/840 service from 15 September. The frequency of the A350 services will progressively increase to cover two Bahrain services, with the second service starting on 1 November.
  • The first Emirates A350 will land in Kuwait on the daily EK853/854 service on 16 September.
  • Muscat’s daily EK866/867 will operate on A350 from 1 December.

West Asia

  • The Emirates A350 will operate on EK502/503 to Mumbai from 27 October.
  • Ahmedabad’s daily EK538/539 will operate on the A350 from 27 October.
  • From January 1, 2025, the A350 will serve Colombo’s fourth daily service, EK654/655.

Europe

  • Lyon will fly on Emirates’ Airbus A350 from 1 December.
  • Bologna will fly on the A350 from 1 December.
  • Edinburgh will rejoin the Emirates network from 4 November, operated by the A350.

Emirates will announce more destinations as new aircraft join its fleet in the coming months. More details to follow soon.

Book Emirates Airbus A350 Flights Starting Today

Emirates has launched its Airbus A350 destination flights for sale today. Customers can book these flights on emirates.com, through the Emirates App, or via travel agents.

Emirates has ordered 65 A350-900s. The airline plans to use these aircraft to support its future growth and Dubai’s D33 economic agenda. Under the guidance of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this plan includes adding 400 cities to Dubai’s foreign trade map over the next decade.
