WestJet Relaunches Kelowna and Las Vegas Transborder Flights

    WestJet has announced the launch of an exclusive transborder service reconnecting Kelowna and Las Vegas. This eagerly-awaited connection from the Okanagan region marks its comeback for the first time since 2020.

    Starting December 15, WestJet will seamlessly bridge these two cities with a non-stop service. The return of this route is part of the airline’s substantial investment in sun and leisure connections for Western Canada.

    WestJet‘s Executive Vice-President and Chief Commercial Officer John Weatherill said, “WestJet is proud to add yet another transborder connection to our winter schedule between Kelowna and Las Vegas. We continue to provide guests across Canada with even more affordable and accessible opportunities to escape the cold and find the sun this winter.”

    With the service to Las Vegas, WestJet now boasts two direct transborder links from Kelowna. The second is their uninterrupted weekly service to Phoenix, Arizona.
