Air France Opens Beach On The Croisette For Cannes Film Festival

Air France is partnering with the Cannes Film Festival for the 44th consecutive year, proudly announcing the 77th edition from May 14 to May 25, 2024. For the first time, Air France will open a beach along the Croisette in Cannes during the festival, anticipated to become the new hot spot.

Situated next to Hôtel Martinez, the Air France beach features a bar and a restaurant. Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert has crafted the menu, showcasing the epitome of fine French dining that travelers have come to expect from Air France. This exclusive beach section also offers sunbeds perfect for relaxation.

Air France Beach is decorated with hues from its “beach” collection and reflects French elegance. The airline also features this collection on Air France Shopping, its online store for suitcases and travel accessories.

How to Book the Air France Beach On The Croisette

With this new beach in the heart of Cannes, Air France offers a unique experience during the Cannes Film Festival.

Special flights from Hollywood to the French Riviera

On May 13 and 27, Air France will conduct two special flights from Los Angeles to Nice, responding to American West Coast customers desiring to visit the French Riviera for the Festival and Monaco F1 Grand Prix. These flights will use Airbus A350 aircraft with the airline’s latest cabins.

Air France has been closely linked with cinema since 1951 when they first showed “An American in Paris” on a flight. The airline has a history of supporting film crews and showcasing movies on its flights. Currently, Air France offers a vast selection of in-flight entertainment, which includes 1500 hours of content on HD screens.
