Ethiopian Airlines Group has announced its selection of the Thales AVANT Up in-flight entertainment for its Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.

Ethiopian takes its passengers’ experience to new heights with the latest technology in inflight entertainment systems from Thales Inflyt Experience. With a new user-friendly interface, passengers can enjoy various digital services. They include interactive maps, shopping options, and convenient meal and beverage selections.
Thales’ AVANT Up introduces the latest OPTIQ 4k QLED HDR displays, enhancing the in-flight experience. This advanced entertainment system offers two Bluetooth connections and built-in Wi-Fi, allowing passengers to connect multiple devices. Moreover, the OPTIQ display has in-screen USB-A and USB-C charging ports. They provide up to 70 watts of power for charging ear pods, phones, tablets, or laptops during the flight.
