Discover Airlines Brand Rollout Advances According to Plan

Everything according to plan: This is how the rollout of Discover Airlines new brand identity is progressing

By Christmas, approximately one-third of the fleet will showcase the new paint scheme, a significant milestone in the brand transformation.

The crew has also received new uniform accessories, marking another major step in the brand rollout schedule.

More than 60 items on board reflect the new branding. These include menu cards, wine and water glasses, headrest covers, pillows, and blankets.

This process was a logistical triumph, involving coordination with the airline’s 18 catering partners worldwide. In the upcoming months, adjustments to the cabin interior will continue. The airline will update curtains and seat covers, ensuring a consistent and fresh look throughout the aircraft.

17 Aircraft Flying With New Discover Airlines Livery By Mid-2024

The airline plans to have 17 aircraft flying with the new livery by mid-2024. That includes the 13th A330 and four additional A320s that will join the fleet by summer. By the beginning of 2025, the airline aims to expand its fleet to 28 aircraft.

“Despite many dependencies, such as the availability of painting slots, supply chains, or the uncertainties of daily flight operations, we are on schedule with the rollout. It is important to us that the changeover takes place quietly and that we can reliably fly our guests on vacation with the usual quality,” says Maximilian Meintgens, Director of Product and Marketing at Discover Airlines.

Discover Airlines is launching its second major 360° advertising campaign, set to run from December to January. This exciting campaign will span various platforms, including posters, online ads, and radio spots. This time, the focus will extend beyond the Rhine-Main area to include the vibrant city of Munich. With this expansion, Discover Airlines aims to boost its visibility and brand recognition in Munich.

The airline plans to operate five A320s to over 20 popular vacation destinations during the summer flight schedule of 2024. Stay tuned for an unforgettable travel experience with Discover Airlines!
