Jones the Grocer opens its first duplex store at Changi Airport Terminal 2, offering a unique dining and bar experience.
Jones the Grocer, the artisan café, bakery, patisserie, deli, and cheesemonger, has recently opened at Changi Airport Terminal 2. It is the first-ever duplex concession in the airport’s public area. The food chain has partnered with SSP Group and Changi Airport Group to offer travelers a delightful dining and bar experience.
Opening in Sydney in 1996, Jones the Grocer has expanded to over 32 stores across the Middle East and Asia. The new establishment covers a spacious area of 6,600 square feet on two levels. It is located within the Singapore Airlines check-in zone of Terminal 2. Offering a relaxing dining atmosphere, visitors can escape the bustling airport environment and enjoy their meals in style.
Jones the Grocer Ground Level
Jones the Grocer’s ground level, which is now open, showcases a quick-serve artisan food offer. Expert baristas pour Jones’ famous flat whites and offer a selection of teas, smoothies and shakes to travellers. Customers can choose from delicious pastries, savory pies, gourmet sandwiches, cheese toasties, and freshly tossed salads. A selection of Jones the Grocer’s grab-and-go retail will be available at the deli-style food counter.
Jones the Grocer Upper Level
The upper level is scheduled to open later this year. Skilled chefs from Jones the Grocer will cook a variety of modern, globally inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An open kitchen allows visitors to watch as chefs prepare their meals. A stylish bar offers panoramic views of the beautifully renovated terminal. Bartenders will serve delicious handcrafted cocktails and small snacks. A traditional Italian pizza oven will be available for those craving freshly made pizzas. Additionally, there will be a designated area for shopping and coffee. It features interactive digital screens and a selection of gourmet retail options.
